Sleepaway Camp 2026: Save the Dates!
Our beloved sleepaway dance camp is back from July 19th through July 25th, 2026. Mark your calendars for a week of intensive dance and summer memories.

We are thrilled to invite you to our annual Observation Week! This is a wonderful opportunity for you to join your child inside the studio to observe their class and see the skills and choreography they've been working on.
When: January 12–17, 2026 (During your dancer's regularly scheduled class time.)
Important Rules on Studio Space:One Parent Only: Observation is strictly limited to one parent per dancer.
No Siblings or Guests: Due to the very limited space inside the studio, we kindly ask that you leave all siblings and other guests at home.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a focused and spacious environment for all our dancers! We look forward to seeing you there.

The Wheaton Studio of Dance, founded by Joni Reese, is currently operating in its 67th year under its Artistic Director, Shannon Rush-Locke. We, as one of the largest dance studios in the Metropolitan Area, pride ourselves in good dance technique, solid dance routines presented on a professional level, good class conduct and individual attention to the strengths an weak-nesses of each student.We also offer The Wheaton Studio of Dance/Recreational Camp, located on the campus of Mount Saint Mary’s University every summer.
